为了满足对起重机进行远程监控及故障诊断的需要,提出了融合远程监控、专家系统、智能诊断功能要求为一体的数据库系统。在需求分析的基础上,基于UML的面向对象建模思想,建立了整个系统的功能模型,完成了系统E—R图的设计。分别建立了起重机运行数据数据库,本征数据库,专家系统知识库,故障诊断模型库等,并依据各部分的数据关系有机组合在一起。最后给出了系统主要模块的实现结果。
In order to meet the demand of remote monitoring and fauh diagnosis for cranes, a database system combining with the fimctions of remote monitoring, expert system, and intelligence diagnosis is developed. Based on the requirement analysis and the UML language and the object-oriented concept, the function model is built, and then the Entity-Relation (E-R) model is carried out. The running data base of cranes, the eigendata base, the knowledge base of expert system, and the model base of fault diagnosis are established respectively, and all of them are combined together based on the data relationship of each part. Finally, the function of system and way of realization are presented.
