将四(4-羧基苯基)锰卟啉[MnTCPP]固载到硫化锌[ZnS]上制备了固载锰卟啉催化剂[Mn TcPP/ZnS],用UV-Vis、Fr—IR和TG技术对其进行了表征,并用此固载催化剂催化氧气氧化环己烷。结果表明:在最适宜反应温度和压力(160oC和0.8MPa)条件下,硫化锌固载四(4-羧基苯基)锰卟啉可以有效重复使用4次,其环己烷转化率42.6%,酮醇产率18.6%,催化剂转化数6.0×10^5,比未固载的MnTcPP具有更好的催化活性和重复使用性能。
Manganese tetrakis (4-carboxylphenyl) porphyrin was supported to zinc suliide to obtain ZnS supported manganese tetrakis (4-carboxylphenyl) porphyfin and characterized by UV-Vis, FFIR and TG spectroscopic techniques. The catalysis of the ZnS-supported tetrakis (4-carboxylphenyl) porphyrin for aerobic oxidation of cyclohexane was investigated. The results show that the supported catalyst could be efficiently reused 4 times for the oxidation of cyclohexane with an average conversion rate of 42.6% for cyclohexane and 18.6% yield for ketone and alcohol, and a catalyst turnover number of 6. 0 × 105 , under the optimal reaction conditions of 160℃ and 0. 8 MPa. It is more effective and reusable for the oxidation of cyclohexane than the corresponding unsupported catalyst.
