在利用层流炉研究闪速加热条件下生物质粉热解挥发特性的实验过程中,生物质细粉的稳定加入与否直接影响实验数据的获取。为满足层流炉实验中在极小喂料速率下的稳定喂料要求,设计了一套震动式气流携带喂料器。该喂料器中生物质粉在振动电机的作用下呈流动状态,携带气流将其携带至反应区中。利用PIV技术进行了层流炉内生物质粉运动规律的冷态测量实验。研究结果表明,该加料装置具有连续稳定的加料特点,加料速率稳定在0.0399g/min左右。
The laminar entrained flow furnace could be used to study the devolatilization characteristics of pulverized biomass at flash heating rate.Previous studies showed that the experimental results are greatly affected by the feeding stability of the biomass powder feeder.In order to achieve a stable feeding at very low feeding rate in a laminar entrained flow furnace,a new type of biomass powder feeder was developed,in which the biomass powders fluidized by a vibrating motor are pneumatically carried into the reactor.The movement characteristics of biomass in a laminar entrained flow furnace were then determined using PIV technique.The experimental results show that the feeder can feed the biomass powder continuously and stably at the feeding rate of 0.039g /min.
