The application of Hamihonian canonical equation in the membrane-colloidal particle interaction is introduced. After the Hamihonian of the system is given based on the Helfrich model, a set of first-order differential equations are obtained with the Hamihonian canonical equation, which can be solved by the shooting method. The study reveals the variation of the stable structure for different membrane parameters.
