讲授和案例融合教学方法在免疫学教学中的实施及效果评价

目的探讨讲授和案例融合教学方法在医学免疫学教学中的教学效果。方法选取本校护理专业本科2011级2班、2011级1班的学生分别作为实验组和对照组,实验组采用讲授和案例融合教学方法 ,对照组采用传统教学法。通过问卷调查的形式评价教学效果,并比较两组的考试成绩。结果大多数学生(≥80.00%)认为讲授和案例融合教学方法能够将基础理论与临床问题相联系,有利于临床实践能力的培养;多数学生(≥75.00%)认为此教学方法能激发学习兴趣,提高自学能力,提高思考、归纳能力;仅少数学生(〈30.00%)认为该方法有利于科研意识和良好职业道德的培养。实验组的平均成绩为(84.57±5.36)分,显著高于对照组的(72.81±4.13)分,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论讲授和案例融合教学方法可提高教学效果,有利于学生开阔视野及临床思维能力的培养。

英文摘要:

Objective To explore the effect of integrated teaching method of lecture and case in medical immunology teaching. Methods The undergraduates of nursing profession from class 2 of grade 2011 in our college were selected as the experimental group,the undergraduates of nursing profession from class 1 of grade 2011 in our college were selected as the control group.The experimental group was given integrated teaching method of lecture and case,the control group was given traditional teaching method.The teaching effect was evaluated through the form of questionnaire,and the examination result of the two groups was compared. Results Most of the students(more than or equal to 80.00%) believed that integrated teaching method of lecture and case could combine basic theories with clinical question,which was conducive to the cultivation of the ability of clinical practice.The majority of students(equal to or more than 75%) thought that this teaching method could stimulate interest in learning,improve self-learning ability and thinking,generalization ability.Only a few students(less than 30.00%) thought that this method was beneficial to the cultivation of scientific research consciousness and good professional ethics.The average examination score in the experimental group was(84.57±5.36) points,which was higher than(72.81±4.13) points in the control group,with significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion The integrated teaching method of lecture and case can improve effect of teaching,which is conductive to expanding students′s scope of knowledge and cultivation of clinical thinking ability.
