比较了机械球磨(Co-B-BM)、水作溶剂的化学还原法(Co-B-W)和乙醇作溶剂的化学还原法(Co-B-E)制备的Co-B合金对催化NaBH4水解性能的影响,并探讨了NaBH4溶液浓度、NaOH溶液浓度和反应温度对NaBH4水解放氢反应速率的影响.计算了Co-B-BM,Co-B-W和Co-B-E作为催化剂时反应的活化能分别为60.43、58.31和55.22 kJ/mol,结果表明,随着温度的升高反应的放氢速率快速上升;当NaBH4浓度为2%、NaOH浓度为5%时,乙醇作溶剂制备的Co-B合金具有较好的催化活性.
Co-B catalysts are used to cataytic hydrolysis of alkaline aqueous NaBH4 solutions. This study examined the properties of Co-B catalyst prepared by ball-milling(Co-BBM), chemical reduction with distilled water(Co-B-W) and ethanol(Co-B-E) as solvents,respectively. The influencing factors of hydrogen generation rate of NaBH4 solution,such as reaction temperature,NaOH concentration and NaBH4 concentration,etc.are investigated.The activation energies for the catalytic hydrolysis of NaBH4 were calculated to be 60.43,58.31, and 55.22 kJ/mol for Co-B-BM,Co-B-W and Co-B-E catalysts,respectively.The results reveals that the hydrogen generation rate increased with increasing temperature,and ethanol has obvious influence on the preparation of catalyst.
