转台伺服系统的控制是一个复杂的过程,精确的数学模型推导非常困难,传统PID控制算法对转台的控制效果不理想。针对转台伺服系统的结构和运行特点,研究一种模糊PID控制算法,利用模糊控制理论对目标误差值进行处理,实现PID参数的自整定,提高转台伺服系统的控制效果。仿真结果表明,所设计的模糊PID控制器实现了参数实时自整定,转台伺服系统的性能指标得到了保证。
It is a complex progress that controlling the turntable servo system,and it is difficult to draw up accurate mathematical model. The traditional PID control algorithm has a poor effect in system for the structure and the operation characteristics of turntable servo system. In this paper,a fuzzy PID control algorithm is designed to use in turntable servo control system of the turntable servo system,which processes the target error value by fuzzy control theory,and realizes the parameter self-tuning. The simulation results show that the real-time parameter self-tuning is realized,and the performance index of the turntable servo system is achieved.
