Using nearly 30 years agricultural climate resources data of Xinzhou City,together with the analysis of the main agricultural meteorological disasters,the agricultural climate resources distribution and the affected factors were discussed. Based on the plentiful data, the reasonable utilization of agricultural climate resources was put forward. At the meantime, The reducing agricultural meteorological disasters for the realization of Xinzhou City in Shanxi Province were considered.
