目的：优化连钱草总黄酮提取工艺。方法：以连钱草总黄酮提取的四个主要因素（提取时间、提取温度、液固比、乙醇）为自变量，黄酮提取率为响应值，采用响应面法Box-Behnken试验建立回归方程，优化连钱草总黄酮的提取工艺。结果：经过验证，当提取时间1.5h，提取温度41℃，液固比23∶1，乙醇浓度90％时，黄酮提取率可达6.32％～6.47％。结论：本研究优化出了连钱草总黄酮的提取工艺，该工艺能很好地指导实践生产，为连钱草总黄酮的进一步开发提供了理论基础。
英文摘要：
Objective To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Glechoma longituba. Methods The regression e-quation was established using response surface methodology with Box-Behnken test by four main factors including extraction time,ex-traction temperature,liquid -solid ratio and ethanol concentration as independent variables and yield of total flavonoids as re-sponse.Results The yield of total flavonoids from Glechoma longituba reached 6.32%~6.47%when the validated process was extrac-tion time 1.5h,extraction temperature 41℃,liquid ＆quot; solid ratio 23∶1 and ethanol concentration 90%. Conclusion The optimized process is obtained and could be a good production guide. The present study provides a theoretical basis for the further development of total flavonoids from Glechoma longituba.
