目的:优化连钱草总黄酮提取工艺。方法:以连钱草总黄酮提取的四个主要因素(提取时间、提取温度、液固比、乙醇)为自变量,黄酮提取率为响应值,采用响应面法Box-Behnken试验建立回归方程,优化连钱草总黄酮的提取工艺。结果:经过验证,当提取时间1.5h,提取温度41℃,液固比23∶1,乙醇浓度90%时,黄酮提取率可达6.32%~6.47%。结论:本研究优化出了连钱草总黄酮的提取工艺,该工艺能很好地指导实践生产,为连钱草总黄酮的进一步开发提供了理论基础。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Glechoma longituba. Methods The regression e-quation was established using response surface methodology with Box-Behnken test by four main factors including extraction time,ex-traction temperature,liquid -solid ratio and ethanol concentration as independent variables and yield of total flavonoids as re-sponse.Results The yield of total flavonoids from Glechoma longituba reached 6.32%~6.47%when the validated process was extrac-tion time 1.5h,extraction temperature 41℃,liquid " solid ratio 23∶1 and ethanol concentration 90%. Conclusion The optimized process is obtained and could be a good production guide. The present study provides a theoretical basis for the further development of total flavonoids from Glechoma longituba.
