Endovascular therapy has become a research focus for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke, mainly including intra-arterial thrombolysis, combined intravenous and intra-arterial thrombolysis, mechanical recanalization, angiophsty and stenting, etc. This article reviews the evidence of evidence-based medicine of endovascular therapy in patients with acute ischernic stroke.
