针对内河LNG燃料动力船的过闸安全性问题,对LNG供气系统进行危险源识别(HAZID),基于事件树分析方法对LNG泄漏后的灾害进行分析,计算相应的个人风险值,综合考虑个人风险值的计算结果与LNG燃料动力船过闸的具体情况,选取高等级风险源进行定量计算,采用三维计算流体力学软件FLACS对LNG泄露后的灾害进行仿真分析,计算得到可燃蒸气云扩散范围,火灾热辐射范围及爆炸冲击波的影响范围。
In order to assess the safety of lock transiting of inland LNG-powered vessels, the hazard identification (HAZID) for LNG supply system of typical inland LNG-powered vessels during lock transiting is performed. The hazards caused by LNG leakages are analyzed based on event tree analysis technique, and the respective individual risks are calculated. Considering both the individual risks and the lock transiting circumstances of LNG-powered vessels, hazard sources with high risk level are identified for quantitative calculation. Hazards caused by LNG leakages are simulated FLACS software to get the diffusion range of flammable vapor cloud, fire radiation range as well as scope of blast.
