目前农村小学在校人数大幅度减少,偏远农村和城镇的教育资源差别明显,教师资源短缺。在这种情况下,开展全科小学教师的培养和培训工作是农村基础教育发展的实际需要。全科教师是指具有复合型知识结构的教师。针对如何完善全科教师的复合型知识结构,本文提出了五方面的应对策略,分别在德育培训、教育观念更新、潜意识的终身学习、教学环节培训和课题研究方面进行说明,为解决全科教师培训问题提供参考和借鉴。
Currently, the number of pupils in rural primary schools is reducing sharply, and there is a significant gap between rural and urban education resources and teaching staff. Under this situation, it is necessary for rural basic education to cultivate gen-eral teachers. General teachers are teachers with an interdisci-plinary knowledge structure. To improve the knowledge structure of general teachers, this paper proposes five strategies, aiming to provide some reference for the training of general teachers.
