基于投入产出理论构造后向、前向R&D流量系数矩阵,测算2000、2007、2012年江苏省高技术产业间技术吸收、溢出效应。再运用社会网络分析法对比分析江苏省高技术产业间技术扩散系统的结构特征、动态演化趋势。实证分析表明:自2000年至2012年江苏省高技术产业间技术扩散效应总体上呈现先大幅增强后小幅减弱特征,各产业的技术扩散能力趋于均等合理化,产业最终产出主要得益于自身R&D投入。最后,根据研究结果,提出有利于江苏省高技术产业间技术扩散的对策建议。
This paper presents a quantitative method for researching the intersectoral technology diffusion effects of high-tech indus- try. The effects of absorption and spillover among high-tech sectors in Jiangsu in 2000, 2007 and 2012 are evaluated respectively through an input-output approach. Based on social network analysis, the networks of intersectoral technology diffusion are constructed to analyze the structure characteristics, evolution trends of the technology diffusion effects of high-teeh industry in Jiangsu. The results show that, the intersectoral technology diffusion effects get enhanced first, then appear a modest weakening. In addition, the capacity o~ each high-tech sectors tends to be equal and reasonable. However, final outputs of high-tech sectors mainly benefit from their own R&D inputs. Finally, some suggestions about the intersectoral technology diffusion of high-tech industry in Jiangsu are given.
