通过研究烟气脱硫石膏在矿渣水泥中的处置利用方式,确定其在水泥生产中应用的可行性.结果表明,一定条件下进行热处理后的脱硫石膏掺入矿渣水泥后,在一定程度上可改善水泥的物理性能,提高水泥的强度,并可有效调节水泥的凝结时间;不同的热处理条件和脱硫石膏在矿渣水泥中的掺量对水泥性能有不同的影响.
Through investigating the way of applying flue gas desulphurization (FGD) gypsum, which is the industrial by-product derived from flue gas desulphurization process, its feasibility for cement production is ascertained. The result shows that the FGD gypsum by thermal treatment which is mixed into slag cement can improve the cement strength and adjust the setting times effectively without any negative effect. The thermal condition and addition content of the FGD gypsum in the slag cement have some influence on the cement properties. When there is an optimal thermal condition and content, the physical performance of the cement can reach the best.
