As a common gynecological malignant tumor,ovarian cancer seriously threatens the health of female.Platinum-based combined chemotherapy plays an important role in the treatment of ovarian cancer.Chemoresistance is one of the major causes of recurrence and therapeutic failure in ovarian caner,further resulting in a low 5-year survival rate.The study of chemoresistance mechanisms is critical for the resolution of chemoresistance and the improvement of chemotherapeutic outcomes.This article reviews the recent ten-year literatures,analyzes the mechanisms of ovarian cancer chemoresistance,and summarizes the current research status of chemoresistance reversal.
