设计并合成了一系列具有不同长度侧链的共轭聚合物。所得共轭聚合物主链由芴、苯和苯并噻二唑组成,侧链连有不同长度的烷基季铵盐。季铵盐的引入不仅提高了该类聚合物的水溶性,而且能够与肿瘤细胞快速结合并杀伤。研究工作考察了侧链烷基的不同长度对肿瘤细胞的杀伤能力,结果表明:随着侧链烷基碳链的增长,对肿瘤细胞的杀伤能力增强。该研究工作为下一步制备生物复合纳米颗粒并应用于肿瘤组织和活体实验提供初步的理论依据。
A series of conjugated polymers with different lengths of side chains were designed and synthesized. These conjugated polymers were composed of benzothiadiazole, benzene fluorene groups in the backbones, and alkyl qua- ternary ammonium salts with different alkyl length in the side chain, respectively. The introduction of quaternary ammonium salts not only may improve the solubility of conjugated polymers in water, but also can bind and further kill tumor cells. The killing effects of these conjugated polymers to tumor ceils were investigated by MTT method. The results showed that the kill efficiency gradually increased with the length of alkyl side chain. The research work provides an elementary theoretical basis for the preparation of biocomposite nanoparticles and the application in tissue and in vivo experiments.
