利用二次量子化方法研究了由相同面心立方结构(100)材料构成的铁磁性双层薄膜,重点讨论了界面交换作用在铁磁性界面交换作用(JAB〉0)和反铁磁性界面交换作用(JAB〈0)时对体系体模的影响.结果表明,界面交换作用对奇数体模没有影响,偶数体模的能量随界面交换作用的变化遵循一定的规律:当JAB〉0时,随着界面交换作用的增大,偶数体模的激发能在不断增大;当JAB〈0时,随着界面交换作用的减小,偶数体模的激发能在不断减小.
Ferromagnetic bilayers with face-centered cubic (100) were studied by using a second quantization approach. Particularly the influence of ferromagnetic interface exchange interaction (JAB 〉 0) and anti-ferromagnetic interface exchange interaction (JAB 〈 0) on the bulk modes was discussed. It is shown that interface exchange interaction will not change the excitation energy of odd bulk modes; the excitation energy of even bulk modes has a cention regulation with the variation of interface exchange interaction: when JAB 〉 0, the excitation energy of even bulk modes increases with the increase of interface exchange interaction; when JAB 〈 0, the excitation energy of even bulk modes decreases with the decrease of interface exchange interaction.
