In this paper, we introduce rough sets into linear space. First, we put forward the concepts of upper and lower approximations of a subset in a linear space. Then, we give the definitions of upper and lower rough linear subspaces and upper and lower rough A- subspaces of a linear space. At last, we study their properties and give a series of meaningful results.
