近年来第三方支付这种互联网支付方式获得了人们的青睐,第三方支付产业逐渐成为支付行业的支柱,其发展状况也受到国家的高度重视。本文通过递进的方式整理归纳出第三方支付服务、第三方支付企业以及第三方支付产业的内涵,并在此基础上以第三方支付产业为研究对象,从其固有的双边市场特征以及特有特征角度进行分析,旨在为中国第三方支付产业的发展提供参考。

In recent years,the third party payment won the favors of people.The industry of the third party payment has become the pillar,so its development caused the attention of the government.This article induced the meaning about the third party payment’s service,enterprise and industry.On this basis,this paper took the third party payment industry as the research object and do the thorough analysis from two angles which are its features of inherent two-sided market and special aspect,in order to provide reference for the development of Chinese third party payment industry.
