目的:评价双金康药烟的脱毒药效学。方法:采用剂量递增法建立吗啡依赖大鼠催促戒断模型、吗啡依赖大鼠自然戒断模型以及吗啡依赖猴自然戒断模型,然后给予双金康药烟进行治疗。结果:双金康药烟1.6、3.2g·kg^-1 2个剂量均可显著降低吗啡依赖大鼠催促戒断症状的分值(P〈0.01),抑制体质量明显下降(P〈0.05或0.01);双金康药烟1.6、3.2g·kg^-1 2个剂量还能控制吗啡依赖大鼠自然戒断症状的分值(P〈0.05或0.01),抑制体质量明显下降(P〈0.05或0.01);双金康药烟0.7、1.4、2.8g·kg^-1 3个剂量均能在不同程度上控制吗啡依赖猴自然戒断的戒断症状,减轻体质量下降(P〈0.05或0.01)。结论:双金康药烟可减轻吗啡依赖动物的戒断反应。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the detoxification effect of Shuangjinkang(SJK) smoke agent. METHODS Models of morphine-dependent rats and monkeys were established by dose-increasing administration. After precipitated by naloxone or natural withdrawal,the abstinent syndromes and weight loss of addictive rats and monkeys were observed. RESULTS SJK 1.6,3. 2 g·kg^-1 significantly decreased the score of withdrawal syndromes (P〈0.01) and controlled the weight loss (P〈0. 05 or 0. 01 ) in the rat models of natural withdrawal test. SJK smoke agent had also the same effect in the rat models of withdrawal test. SJK smoke agent 0. 7,1.4,2. 8 g·kg^-1 controlled the withdrawal syndromes and inhibited the weight loss in monkeys (P〈 0. 05 or 0. 01). CONCLUSION Shuangiinkang smoke agent showed a significant detoxification effect on models of morphinedependent rats and monkeys.
