The water balance test about Phase 2（2×150MW）Project of Huomeihongjun Power Plant is conducted and the water balance test methods and t equipments are introduced. Test results are analyzed in order to master supply and use of water condition, to realize internal pipeline status and water amount of different production union. At the same time, rationality of water use about each unit of water supply, use, consumption and drainage situation is analyzed according to water balance block diagram and technology and management reasons for unreasonable water use is analyzed. Water saving potential is analyzed according to the current watersaving measures and and looking for water saving ways to strengthen water management improve the level of water use.
