对霍煤鸿骏自备电厂二期(2×150MW)进行了水平衡测试工作,介绍了本次水平衡测试方法及使用设备。通过对水平衡测试结果的分析,掌握霍煤鸿骏自备电厂的各用水系统用水情况,了解电厂内部管网状况、各生产单元用水现状及水量平衡关系。同时,根据水平衡方块图对各用水单元的供、用、耗、排水情况进行合理性用水分析,提出现状不合理用水现象,并分析相应的技术和管理方面原因。结合电厂目前所采取的节水措施,寻找节水途径,分析电厂节水潜力,以达到节约用水,加强电厂用水管理,提高电厂合理用水水平及促进经济发展的目的。
The water balance test about Phase 2(2×150MW)Project of Huomeihongjun Power Plant is conducted and the water balance test methods and t equipments are introduced. Test results are analyzed in order to master supply and use of water condition, to realize internal pipeline status and water amount of different production union. At the same time, rationality of water use about each unit of water supply, use, consumption and drainage situation is analyzed according to water balance block diagram and technology and management reasons for unreasonable water use is analyzed. Water saving potential is analyzed according to the current watersaving measures and and looking for water saving ways to strengthen water management improve the level of water use.
