以三氯氧磷、季戊四醇、三聚氰胺为原料,采用分步反应的方法制备了"三源一体"的膨胀型阻燃剂,以红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,并将其应用于苯丙乳液涂层。阻燃测试结果表明该膨胀型阻燃剂对苯丙涂层有着很明显的阻燃效果,当苯丙涂层中阻燃剂质量分数分别为19%和28%时,水平燃烧测试分别达到FH-3级和FH-1级,垂直燃烧测试分别达到V-2级和V-1级,并且在50kW.m-2功率条件下的锥形量热仪试验中形成炭层,使得苯丙涂层的峰值热释放速率从740kW.m-2分别下降到400和310kW.m-2。
In this paper,a single-molecule intumescent flame retardant integrating carbon source,acid source and gas source was synthesized using phosphorus oxychloride,pentaerythritol,and melamine.Its molecular structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.Application of this flame retardant in poly(styrene-acrylate) emulsion showed that when the mass fraction of the flame retardant in the coating was respectively 19% and 28%,the samples were FH-2 grade and FH-1 grade respectively in the horizontal burning test,V-2 grade and V-1 grade respectively in the vertical burning test,and generated char layer in the cone calorimeter test under 50 kW·m-2 heat flux to decrease the peak heat release rate from 740 to 400 and 310 kW·m-2,respectively. 更多
