以经体积分数为25%的硫酸改性的蒙脱土(H2SO4(25)-MMT)作为载体,通过浸渍法制备了一系列负载不同量的磷钼酸和磷钨酸的催化剂。运用XRD、氮气吸附脱附、FT-IR等表征手段对催化剂的结构进行了系统分析,并采用微反固定床反应器评价了不同催化剂在乙醇脱水制备乙烯反应中的催化性能。结果表明:在质量空速为2.5h^-1,乙醇体积分数为30%时,负载质量分数为10%的磷钨酸催化剂(H2SO4(25)-MMT-PW(10))在350℃时催化性能优异,其中乙烯选择性为99.9%,乙醇的转化率为98.9%;负载磷钨酸比负载磷钼酸的催化效果稳定,当负载量达到一定值时,催化性能不随负载量的增加而增加。
In this paper, a series of catalysts were prepared by impregnation loading of different amounts of phosphomolybdic acid and phosphotungstic acid on the montmorillonite modified by 25 % sulfuric acid as carrier. With XRD, nitrogen adsorption-desorption,and FT-IR character- izations, the structure of the catalysts was systematically analyzed, and the catalytic properties of the catalysts were studied in ethanol dehydration reaction to ethylene. The results show that. when WHSV was 2.5 h^-1 , the concentration of ethanol was 30%, the catalyst loaded with 10% of phosphotungstic acid showed excellent catalytic performance at 350 ℃, wherein the selectivity of ethylene was 99.9% and the conversion of ethanol was 98.9% The catalytic properties of supported phosphotungstic acid was more stable than supported phosphomolybdic acid, when the load amount increased to a certain value, the catalytic performance did not increase with the amount of loading further.
