本研究采用张金荣等编制的《中国儿童人格教师评定问卷》,对来自湖南14个地州市54所幼儿园的3731名3~6岁幼儿的人格发展状况进行了调查,结果表明当前湖南幼儿的人格普遍处于中等发展水平,其中智能特征维度得分均值最高,情绪稳定性与亲社会性维度得分均值相对偏低;存在显著的年龄、性别差异,不存在显著的地区及园所性质差异,其中4岁幼儿的发展变化最明显,女孩在智能特征、认真自控、亲社会性维度上的得分略高于男孩,而在外倾性和情绪稳定性维度上的得分略低于男孩。家长与幼儿园教师应进一步加强对幼儿人格教育的重视,在正确认识和对待幼儿情绪特征的基础上,更关注幼儿的个体差异,给予儿童自主发展的时间和空间。
This study, by using the Questionnaire on Teachers' Appraisal of Chinese Children's Personality, compiled by Zhang Jinrong and other researchers, to survey 3731 children aged 3-6 at 54 kindergartens in 14 prefectures in Hunan Province, aims to explore children's personality development. The results show the following: the children surveyed show a medium level of personality development, and score the highest in intelligence development but relatively low in emotional stability and pro-social behavior; the children show a significant difference in age and gender, but no significant regional difference; the 4-year-old children show the most significant personality development; the girls score higher than the boys in intelligence, self-control, and pro-social behavior, but lower than the boys in extraversion and emotional stability. The study concludes that the children's parents and teachers are supposed to strengthen personality-oriented education, have a correct understanding of the children's emotions, heed their individual differences, and give them the time and space for self-development.
