研究一种电阻抗功能图像与CT结构图像相融合的方法,获得既能反映电阻抗分布又能反映组织结构的医学图像。以人体呼吸过程的电阻抗图像及胸部CT图像的融合为例,首先采用disk算子对CT图像滤波,再用canny算子提取cT图像轮廓,将提取后的结构图像构建EIT正问题模型,并进行正问题求解,更新灵敏度矩阵,且基于共轭梯度算法重建EIT图像,然后用小波算法将EIT图像与cT结构图像进行融合。在融合图像中,电阻抗功能变化信息在结构图像中凸显出来,可实现电阻抗变化区域的初步定位。研究结果表明,电阻抗功能图像与cT结构图像的融合有效、可行。本研究为实现电阻抗成像技术与其他成像技术的信息互补、进一步发挥EIT功能成像技术的优势奠定基础。
The method of image fusion of EIT and CT was proposed, aiming to gain medical images that provide not only the electrical impedance distribution but also the tissue physiological structure. Take the fusion approach of EIT and CT images of human thorax as an illustration, the information of physiological structure offered by CT was acquired through ' disk' filter and ' canny' operator as the prior information for the forward problem of EIT, the sensitivity matrix is recalculated, and conjugate gradient algorithm is adopted to reconstruct EIT image. Based on wavelet algorithm, EIT image and CT image is fused. In the fusion image, the impedance variation of the EIT interest area (human lungs) is highlighted, and can located the variation basically. Results show that the proposed fusion method is achievable and available, and make a foundation for EIT fusion with other images and also put forward EIT application.
