在有限的农业科技投入条件下,集中资源重点解决农业发展过程中的关键共性技术,是利用有限资源最大可能地提高农业技术水平和加速农业升级的可行办法。通过汇集农业专家意见,以农业技术对农业产值增长、技术水平进步、产业未来发展和农民收入提高的4个能力作为荔枝关键共性技术的特点,建立农业关键共性技术筛选的指标体系。经过多轮德尔菲法调查发现:保鲜技术、控梢促花保花保果技术、品种改良技术、病虫害防治技术、物流装备和集成技术具有显著的技术和社会经济效应,是荔枝产业提高竞争力和实现产业升级的关键共性技术。
In the condition of limited resources, it is important for the progress of agricultural technology and upgrading of the agriculture to focus on the key-generic technologies. By Delphi method, this paper puts out growth, technological progress, farmer income and long-run development as the main index to achieve the goal. The results show that the key-generic agricultural technologies include preservation, retention, breed improvement, pest control and lolgistics.
