研究了活塞组与气缸套壁面的摩擦问题,建立了活塞组与气缸套壁面的摩擦产热模型;采用液体摩擦理论,研究了滑动轴承的摩擦产热问题,建立了滑动轴承的摩擦产热模型;结合燃油的流动问题,采用能量守衡的方法,建立了柴油与喷油泵油道间的摩擦产热模型;给出了两种不同材料的物体相互摩擦的摩擦热分配模型。最后,利用所建模型进一步研究了发动机转速、大气温度、大气压力等因素对发动机摩擦热流量的影响。
The problem of the friction between the piston groups and the cylinder wall was studied and its friction heat model was established. The problem of friction heat of sliding bearing was also studied by liquid friction theory and its model was established. Combined with the problem of the fuel flow, the friction heat model between diesel fuel and the conduit of the spray oil pump was studied by the method of conservation of energy. The distribution model for the friction heat between two kinds of objects was provided and the effect produced by the engine's rotate speed, the air temperature and the air pressure on friction heat in the engine was further studied.
