基于NAM融雪径流计算思路,改进了SRM融雪径流模型,使SRM与三水源新安江流域预报模型形成统一整体,构建了冰雪融水与雨水混合洪水预报模型.为进一步提高洪水预报精度,弥补积雪量、气温等相关因子实测资料的不足,考虑运用实测水位(流量)资料进行实时校正.同时运用卫星遥感图及GIS系统工具,结合模型参数调试,实现模型参数的确定.将该模型应用于吉林台水库冰雪融水与雨水混合洪水预报中,结果表明,拟合过程与实际情况基本相符,该模型可以用于冰雪融水与雨水混合实时洪水预报中.
Based on the calculation thinking of snowmelt runoff by means of the NAM,the snowmelt runoff model(SRM) was improved so that it was incorporated into three-water-resource Xin'anjiang model as a unified whole.Accordingly,a hybrid model for flood forecast of snowmelt and rainfall runoffs was established.In order to further raise flood forecast precision and to compensate insufficient observed data such as snow and temperature,real-time correction was carried out by use of the observed water levels(discharges).The model parameters were determined by means of the satellite remote sensing maps and GIS system tools and combined with their adjustment.The proposed model was applied to the hybrid forecast of snowmelt and rainfall runoffs of Jilintai Reservoir.The results show that the fitting process of the proposed model agrees with the actual situation,and it can be employed in real-time forecast of snowmelt and rainfall runoffs.
