车间制造系统中的瓶颈问题对其系统的产出价值有着重要的影响。针对复杂制造环境下瓶颈辨识困难这一问题,从复杂网络视角出发,提出一种基于网络分析的制造车间瓶颈识别方法。根据设备、部门、车间、人员、工段、工艺路线及物流路径等多层次生产数据建立复杂制造车间网络模型。基于网络模型,提取与瓶颈度相关的网络特征参数,用网络拓扑来描述制造车间的内部关联结构;提出衡量车间网络瓶颈的瓶颈贡献程度概念,将网络瓶颈度大小作为车间瓶颈识别的一个指标,并给出瓶颈度的计算算法。最后,以某车间的具体生产过程为例,通过对比分析验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
:The bottleneck problem in the workshop manufacturing system has important influence on the output value of the system.Aiming at the problem of bottleneck identification in complex manufacturing environment, a new method of manufacturing workshop bottleneck identification based on network analysis is proposed from the perspective of complex network. The network model of complex manufacturing plant is established according to the multi-level production data, such as equipment, resources, process, logistics, and so on.Based on the network model, the characteristic parameters of the network are extracted and the network topology is used to describe the internal structure of the manufacturing plant.This concept is proposed to measure the bottleneck of the network bottleneck, and the bottleneck of the network as an index to identify the bottleneck, and gives the calculation method of bottleneck degree. Finally,it is proved the rationality and feasibility of this method by the example of the production process of a workshop.
