碳复合耐火材料是现今耐火材料的发展方向之一,因为引入石墨,使材料具有较高的强度和良好的抗渣侵蚀性能,但碳本身在高温下易被氧化,这一特点限制了其使用寿命的进一步提高。以不同粒度的刚玉和石墨为骨料,以金属Si粉、Al粉和SiC微粉为抗氧化剂,以酚醛树脂为结合剂,研究不同含量的TiO2对Al2O3-C质耐火材料性能的影响。结果表明,随着TiO2含量的增加,Al2O3-C质耐火材料的耐压强度提高,其显气孔率和体积密度的变化不大;一定含量的TiO2有助于提高Al2O3-C质耐火材料的高温强度和抗氧化性能。
Carbon-containing composite material represents one of the trends in refractories industry.The introduction of graphite gives the material high intensity and good slag resistance.However,graphite itself has the defect of easy oxidation at high temperature,which limits the improvement of the material service life.This paper,using corundum of different particle sizes and graphite as aggregates,the metals of silicon/aluminum as well as SiC as anti-oxidants,phenolic resin as the binder,investigates the effect of different contents of TiO2 addition on the properties of Al2O3-C refractories.The result demonstrates that with the increase of TiO2,the crushing strength of the refractories increases,while the porosity and bulk density do not change significantly.Proper content of TiO2 is helpful to the improvement of the refractories' high-temperature intensity and resistance to oxidation.
