腐霉利是一种防治葡萄灰霉病常用的杀菌剂,在结果期使用较为频繁,为了解腐霉利对葡萄品质的影响,通过对鲜食的夏黑葡萄应用对比试验,在不同时间取样测定其蛋白质、氨基酸、糖分的含量和酸度表明,腐霉利对葡萄的品质指标发生作用,不同样品的蛋白质和氨基酸在同一时间的含量在α=0.05的水平上没有显著差异,而糖分和酸度在α=0.05水平上存在显著差异,结果表明腐霉利处理夏黑葡萄不改变蛋白质和氨基酸的含量,但对可溶性含糖量和酸度有明显的影响。
The procymidone is used to control the grape gray mold rot (Botrytis cinerea), and spray more frequently in the mature stage. In order to know the effective of the procymidone to the inner quality of grape, the contrast test of fresh grape and grape treated by procymidone were done. The sampling determination results of protein, amino acids, sugar at different time indicate the corresponding changes with the fungicide, there were not significant difference in different samples of the protein and amino acid content in the same time in the α=0.05 level, while the sugar and acidity in the α=0.05 level, there were significant differences. The results showed that procymidone dealing with Xiahei does not change the content of protein and amino acids, but had a greater influence on soluble sugar content and acidity.
