弹簧振子模型是固体物理学中研究晶格振动问题最重要的理论模型.文章讨论了原子受到的弹性恢复力正比于原子相对于平衡位置的位移和弹性恢复力正比于原子间距两种模型情况下晶格的横波振动问题.研究发现采用两种不同的模型,获得不同的原子晶格横振动特性.以一维、二维晶格的横振动为例,对比了在两种振子模型中,其振动的异同.
The spring harmonic oscillator model is an important theoretical one for studying lattice vibrations in solid state physics.In this paper,two kinds of models are used to investigate transverse vibrating problems of lattices,in which restoring forces are proportional to relative displacement with respect to balancing positions of atoms and to distances between two nearest neighboring atoms.Based on these two models,transverse vibration properties of one-dimensional and two-dimensional lattices are obtained and their differences are compared.
