目的:研究纤维蛋白胶对结膜上皮的黏合作用,为纤维蛋白胶在结膜组织黏合中的临床应用提供依据。方法:将20只雄性新西兰白兔左右眼根据不同术式分为3组:1)暴露组(15只术眼);2)植片原位移植组(15只术眼);仿翼状胬肉术式组(10只术眼),观察术后结膜上皮组织黏合情况、炎症反应、上皮化及瘢痕形成情况。结果:植片组与仿翼状胬肉术式组术后3d炎症反应较轻,2周内均实现完全上皮化,组织切片显示瘢痕组织形成较少。结论:纤维蛋白胶在兔结膜自体移植中能安全有效地起到黏合作用,有效缩短手术时间,减轻术后炎症反应.减少瘢痕组织形成。
Aim:Studying the cohesive effect of fibrin glue with the conjunctival epithelium, provide evidence for clinical application. Methods: 20 rabbits are applied to three operating styles: exposed group ( 15 eyes), implanted group ( 15 eyes), pterygial group ( 10 eyes). Observe postoperative conglutinant effect, inflammatory reaction, reepithlialization and scar formation of conjunctival epithelium. Resuits: Inflammatory reaction of implanted group and pterygial group are relatively slight three days after operation. In two weeks, they were covered with epithelial layer completely, histological section showed that the reconstruction of the damaged conjunctival tissue with less scar formation. Conclusion: Fibrin glue is a safe and effective method for attaching conjunctival autografts. The use of fibrin glue results in shorter operating times, less postoperative inflammatory reaction and scar formation.
