为了解洛阳地区禽源大肠埃希菌流行情况和耐药性现状,从2011年来自洛阳地区疑似禽大肠杆菌病的病料中分离细菌,进行细菌形态学观察和生化试验,并经显色培养基验证,68株确定为大肠埃希菌。选择临床上常用的10种药物进行药敏片法,结果显示分离株对其中10种药物都有不同程度的耐药性。其耐药性的强弱次序依次为利福平、复方新诺明、阿莫西林、庆大霉素、青霉素、诺氟沙星、红霉素,敏感性最高的为氧氟沙星、头孢唑啉。所有菌株均表现为四重耐药及以上,最多可耐10种药物。由此可见,禽大肠杆菌病在洛阳地区家禽中广泛存在,并且耐药现象十分严重,试验结果为临床合理应用抗菌药物以及疾病监测提供了参考依据。
To analyze the clinical distribution and antimicrobial resistance of E.coli from poultry in Luoyang area,68 strains of E.coli were collected from Luoyang area in 20l1.In this experiment,10 antimicrobial susceptibility test were determined to understand the current resistance of E.coli by drug sensitivity paper method.The results showed that the 68 strains of E.coli have different degrees of drug resistance.These strains were highly resistant to rifampicin,cotrimoxazole,amoxicillin,gentamicin,penicillin,furantoin,norfloxacin,and erythrocin,but sensitive to ofloxacin and cefazolin.These strains could resist more than 4 kinds of drugs at the same time and some strains could resist 10 kinds of antibacterial drugs at most.E.coli have very serious problem of drug resistance in Luoyang area.This research provides a theoretica1 basis to further using antimicrobials and surveillance of disease in the clinic.
