He received the M.S. degree in communications and information systems from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), in 2002. He is currenlly pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the National Key Lab. of Communication, UESTC,His research interests include frequency hop, wireless communications, array signal processing, and information theory. Shao-Qian Li was born in Sichuan Province, China, in 1957. He received the B.S degree from Xidian University, China, in 1982 and the M.S. degree from UESTC, in 1984. Since July 1984, he has been a faculty member with the Institute of Communication and Information Engineering, UESTC, China, where he is aprofessor, since 1997, and Ph.D. supervisor, since 2000. He is also the Director of National Key Lab of Communication in UESTC and is a Member of Telecommunication Subject with National High Technology R&D Program of China (863 Program). His research interests include mobile communications systems, wireless communications, integrate circuit in communication systems and radio/spatial resource management. Yu-Fan Cheng was born in Xinjiang Province, China, in 1971. She received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in communication and electronic systems from UESTC in 1994 and 1997, respectively. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in communications and information systems with UESTC. Herresearch interests include frequency-hopping based anti-jamming technology, wireless communications, signal processing and automatic link establish (ALE). Gang Wu was born in Xinjiang Province, China, in 1975. He received the M.S. from the Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunication, Chongqing, in 1999, and received the Ph.D. degree in communications and information systems from UESTC in 2004,where he is now an associate professor. His research interests include information theory, mobile communications systems, space-time-frequency coding, wireless communications, array
