结合微观组织动态再结晶理论,建立了高颈法兰封闭轧制有限元模型。借助DEFORM-3D软件,通过云图分析研究了晶粒尺寸及再结晶的演变规律。结果表明随着轧制的进行,再结晶体积分数的变化在径向是由外向内扩展,在轴向是从底盘向颈部扩展;法兰坯料的微观晶粒尺寸由初始119μm细化到最小值为11.3μm。研究结果对于提高轧制产品质量具有重要意义。
Combined with the dynamic recrystallization microstructure theory, the finite element model of high-neck flange closed rolling was established. Through the cloud analysis, the evolutions of grain size and recrystallization were studied by using DEFORM-3D software.The results show that with the rolling going on, changes of the recrystallized volume fraction is extended from the outside to the inside in the radial direction and extended from the chassis to the neck in the axial direction; the microscopic grain size of blank flange is refined from the initial 119 μm to the minimum of 11.3 μm. The research results have important significance for improving the rolling quality of products.
