以磷酸三钙(TCP)为分散剂,甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)和聚乙二醇(PEG)为油相和水相反应单体,通过基于高速剪切分散的界面聚合制备包裹檀香精油在聚氨酯壁材内的微米级微胶囊。发现通过调节分散剂TCP质量分数、悬浮化剪切强度、芯材/壁材比等因素,可制得拥有不同粒径和囊壁厚度的精油微胶囊。对不同粒径和囊壁厚度的精油微胶囊进行热重分析,缓释速率测试结果显示,当微胶囊粒径为30μm、壁厚适中时,胶囊的缓释效果最佳。
By using tricalcium phosphate( TCP) as the dispersant,toluene-2,4-diisocyanate( TDI) and polyethylene glycol( PEG) as oil phase monomer and aqueous phase monomer respectively,micron-level microcapsules containing sandalwood oil in the polyurethane wall were prepared by interfacial polymerization based on high-speed shearing dispersion. Microcapsules with different diameter and wall thickness can by adjusting mass fraction of TCP,and suspending shear strength and the wall material / core ratio. Thermogravimetric analysis was conducted for microcapsules with different diameter and wall thickness. Slow release rate test result shows when the particle size is30μm and wall thickness is moderate,the slow-release effect of microcapsules is optimal.
