英文摘要：

Agricultural machinery cooperative is an effective organization to promote the process of agricultural mechanization and agricultural modernization. It is also an effective route to solve the ＂three rural problems＂ and to increase yield of crops. Based on the survey of agricultural machinery cooperatives and analyzing the current situation of the relative data of agricultural machinery cooperatives in Heilongjiang Province in 2014, developing status quo and existing problems were summed up, based on which developing strategies for agricultural cooperatives in Heilongjiang province were put forward. Conclusions are concrete guidance for construction and development of agricultural cooperatives in Heilongjiang province, and they are also reference to healthy development of agricultural cooperatives in China.
