目的：评价和探讨针灸疗法在“异病同治”上的应用价值。方法：“肝郁脾虚型”116例原发性高血压病患者、108例原发性痛经患者和105例单纯性肥胖病患者均采用“肝脾同治”的针灸疗法施治3个月，观察针灸治疗前后患者的症状、体征、肥胖指标、血压值或痛经症状积分等改变情况。结果：原发性高血压病组总有效率为98．26％，原发性痛经组总有效率为96．30％，单纯性肥胖病组总能有效率为97．14％。结论：“肝脾同治”针灸疗法对肝郁脾虚型的原发性高血压病、原发性痛经和单纯性肥胖病（“同证异病”）具有良好的疗效，说明针灸疗法“异病同治”具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective：To evaluate and discuss the value of the acupuncture treatment on treating different diseases with the same therapy. Methods ： 116 cases of hypertension, 105 cases of primary dysmenorrhea and 108 cases of simple obesity of liver de- pression with spleen insufficiency ~type patients were treated by combination of liver and spleen together for 3 months, the changes of symptoms, signs, obesity indicators, blood pressure or dysmenorrhea symptom score were observed. Results ： The total effective rate in hypertension group was 98.26% ,in primary dysmenorrhea group was 96.30% ,and in simple obesity group was 97.41%. Conclusion：The acupuncture treatment （treating liver and spleen together） for hypertension, primary dysmenorrhea and simple o- besity patients of liver depression with spleen insufficiency type （ same syndrome but different diseases） has good therapeutic effect The acupuncture treatment on treating different diseases with the same therapy has well clinical effect.
