研究了农药敌敌畏在碱性介质中与鲁米诺-过氧化氢产生化学发光的特性,发现非离子表面活性剂聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(乳化剂OP)对该反应有明显的增敏作用,建立了鲁米诺-过氧化氢-OP体系测定敌敌畏的流动注射化学发光的新方法.结果表明,敌敌畏浓度在8.00×10^-8~2.50×10^-5g/mL与化学发光强度有良好的线性关系,该方法的检出限为2.20×10^-8g/mL.3种样品加标准回收率为94.0%~104%,相对标准偏差为4.27%-5.75%.
A new flow injection chemiluminescence (FI-CL) method for the determination of dichlorvos was developed. The method is based on the CL reaction of dichlorvos with luminol-H2O2 in the alkaline medium and sensitized by the nonionic surface-active agent polyoxyethyle octyl phenyl ether. The results show that the CL intensity is linear to the concentration in the range of 8.00 × 10^ -8 - 2.50 × 10^ -5 g/mL, with a detection limit of 2.20×10^ -8 g/mL. The standard addition recovery and relative standard deviation ( n = 6 ) of three samples were 94.0% - 104% and 4.27% -5.75%, respectively. This method has been applied to the determination of dichlorvos residues in crops and vegetables.
