文章通过对比分析中国与世界主要产煤国家的露天煤矿发展情况,系统概况了中国露天采煤工业的发展现状,整体情况不容乐观,中国露天采煤存在先天欠缺和后劲不足的问题,解决这些问题需要从技术上进行突破,结合中国露天煤矿实际以及国外的发展现状,从节约资源、降低成本和保护环境三个方面提出了急需破解的技术难题和研究思路,建议通过加快绿色开采技术研发和采矿设备国产化进程,提供一定政策支持,加强国际交流合作的方式提高中国露天采煤业的水平,从而达到中国露天采煤的高效可持续发展。
英文摘要：
The paper compared and analyzed the development of the open cut coal mines between at home and abroad.The Chinese open-cut mining industry exposed a series of deficiencies and problems.We should solve the problems by a technological breakthrough.The technical problems and research ideas are proposed in the areas of resources conservation,cost-cutting and environmental protection.At last,paper makes recommendations to improve Chinese opencast coal mining level,such as speeding up the process of mining technology study and equipment localization,providing policy support and strengthen international exchanges,and put the Chinese open-cut coal mining on a sustainable path towards future growth.
