探讨了供应可能中断下竞争性零售商之间通过横向转运来应对的策略。考虑了一个供应商和多个零售商组成的两级供应链,供应商供货和零售商之间转运均可能发生中断的情况下,零售商的采购决策;建立了零售商总成本最小的混合整数规划模型。由于该问题难以通过解析解求得最优解,提出了遗传算法来对模型进行求解,并结合算例分析了零售商的最优采购决策以及各种参数变化对最优决策的影响。
In this paper we study competitive retailers who make use of lateral transshipment to dealing with supply disruption and discuss a two-stage supply chain which consists of a supplier and multiple retailers. The retailers have three kinds of purchasing strategy when they faced supply and transshipment disruption, and the mixed integer programming model for the total cost is minimized is developed. Due to this problem is a NP hard problem, we put forward to genetic algorithm to solve the model and combined with numerical example to obtain the retailers' optimal sourcing strategy. At last, we analyzed the optimal decision when various parameters is changing.
