以福建省平潭至长乐跨海大桥为工程背景,研究了多风向影响下的跨海大桥风致行车安全问题。建立了典型车辆在多风向侧风作用下发生侧滑以及侧倾的力学分析模型,确定了其在桥面行驶的安全风速。为表示不同规格风障的减风效果,借助于桥面风环境的风洞试验手段,获得了不同风向的风速折减系数。进一步,针对不同限速和不同路面工况的影响,研究了不同风向下典型车辆通过该桥时的安全行驶风速。研究表明,与90°角的来流风向工况相比,文中提出的考虑不同风向影响的车辆安全行驶风速分析方法可提供更大的安全裕度。最后,提出了保障车辆安全行驶的合理措施。
Taking the cross sea bridge from Pingtan to Changle in Fujian Province as an engineering background,the riding safety for a cross sea bridge during wind exciting considering wind direction influence is researched in the paper.The wind speed of riding safety on bridge deck is obtained by established the mechanic analysis model of sideslip and inclining of vehicle under the action of different direction wind.In order to describe the wind decrease due to different kinds of windbreaks,the wind velocity reduction factor of different wind directions is gotten from the bridge wind environment by using the wind tunnel test.Furthermore,considering different speed limits and roadway cases,the wind speed of riding safety for vehicle is obtained under the influence of wind direction.The results show that the analysis method of riding safety considering wind direction influence can provide higher degree of safety than the case of wind direction at right angle.At last,the reasonable measures to ensure the riding safety are proposed.
