射频识别技术,又称电子标签。它利用射频信号通过空间耦合(交变磁场或电磁场)自动识别目标对象并获取相关数据,识别高速运动物体同时可识别多个标签,操作快捷方便,同时具有难以伪造和智能性较高而得到社会各领域的广泛应用。本文通过对负载调制原理的研究,设计了RFID应答器的硬件软件电路系统。本系统主要采用分立元件,有利于学生对原理知识理解,并通过对单片机、触发器和运放的选型,设计了应答器的各单元电路,如电磁线圈谐振回路、电源稳压电路、负载调制电路等。本系统经过实验测试,性能稳定,各项指标满足设计要求。
RFID( Radio Frequency Identification),also known as electronic tags,can recognize target and get relevant data automatically by using radio frequency signals through space coupling( alternating magnetic or electromagnetic fields). RFID technology can not only identify fast moving objects and multiple tags in a fast and convenient way,but also be difficult to be forged. So the technology is applied in all areas of society. In this paper,the hardware and software of transponder circuit system are designed through the study of load modulation principle. This system mainly adopts the discrete component,and is conductive to understand the principles of knowledge for students. And the unit circuit of the transponder is designed based on the selection of single chip microcomputer,triggers and op-amp,such as the electromagnetic coil resonant circuit,power supply voltage regulator circuit,load modulation circuit,etc. After experiments and testing,the system performance is stable and the indicators meet the design requirements.
