从城市土地集约利用的内涵入手，分析南昌市城市土地利用的现状；建立城市土地集约利用的评价模型：确定包括4个准则层、13个指标的评价指标体系，并运用层次分析法确定各评价指标的权重。在对评价指标进行无量纲化处理后，运用加权求和的方法计算出南昌市1998～2007年的土地利用集约度分值。结果表明，南昌市城市土地目前处于适度利用状态，尚有巨大潜力可挖。最后提出几点促进南昌市土地集约利用的建议和措施。
英文摘要：
This paper starts with the connotation of urban land intensified utilization, and analyzs the utilization status of Nanchang City＇ s urban land. The index system of evaluation which includes four rule layers, thirteen indexes has been established, and then the weighting of evaluation indexes confirmed by analytic hierarchy process. After dealing with the evaluation index with dimensionless mode, the point values of urban land intensified utilization from 1998 to 2007 of Nanchang city are calculated by the weight sum method. The results show that Nanchang City＇ s urban land utilization is only at the moderate utilization stage at present, and there is great potential to be exploited. Lastly, the authors put forward some suggestions to promote the urban land intensified utilization in Nanchang City.
