生物组织介电谱的研究是生物电磁学的一个重要课题,通过遗传算法应用4阶Cole-Cole模型,在10 Hz-100 GHz宽频范围内进行数据拟合和参数提取,得到宽频范围内肌肉组织、脑灰质和脑白质组织的介电谱。结果显示,应用遗传算法曲线拟合的参数与文献中的参数能较好的吻合。本文验证了该算法对于多参数以及参数之间数量级跨度大的Cole-Cole模型的有效性和正确性。
It is an important topic to study dielectric spectroscopy of biological tissue. In 10 Hz-100 GHz frequency range, the genetic algorithm was applied to data fitting to extract the parameters of fourth order Cole-Cole model. And these dielectric spectroscopy of the muscle and the brain grey and white matter were gained. The results showed that the parameters of the curve fitting were fit well with the parameters of the literature by the genetic algorithm. In this paper, the results confirmed the validity and correctness of the algorithm, which was effective for multi- parameters and the great order of magnitude between the parameters in Cole-Cole model.
