为了使小型液压挖掘机在回转过程中降低能量消耗,对小型液压挖掘机在重载工况下以不同转动惯量回转时的能量消耗特性进行分析,利用Pro/E软件建立了整机的三维模型,利用AMEsim软件建立了液压系统仿真模型,通过ADAMS和AMEsim软件对模型进行联合仿真,并进行试验研究,得到小型液压挖掘机在回转过程中由转动惯量变化引起的能量消耗和系统压力变化的规律。结果表明:在重载工况下以小转动惯量回转时,采用柴油机停缸技术,可以使平均燃油消耗下降15%
In order to reduce energy consumption of light type hydraulic excavators in swing process, the energy consumption characteristics of light type hydraulic excavators which was swung with varied rotary inertia under working condition of heavy load was analyzed. Three dimensional model of the complete machine was established by Pro/E software. The simulalion model of the hydraulic system was established by AMEsim software, co-simulation on the model through ADAMS and AMEsim software was conducted, and experimental study was carried out. The rules for energy consumption and changes of system pressure of light type hydraulic excavators due to the change of rotary inertia in the swing process were figured out. Resuhs show" that the fuel consumption can be reduced by 15% by adopting cylinder deactivation technology of the diesel engine when the excavator is swung with small rotary inertia under working condhion of heavy load.
