An intensive research effort is performed in the field of nanobiosensors. The unique properties of nanomaterials realize an objective to improve sensitive sensor with a wide linear range, a highly reproducible response, long-term stability and so on. The application of nanomaterials (such as nanoparticle, nanofiber, nanofilm)in biosensor field is introduced. The development of this field is prospected in the future.
