In order to analysis the economic effect of agricultural credit on agricultural economy, we set up an error correction model to research the relationship between agricultural credit and agricultural economy, which lies on the foundation of ordinary least squares estimator. Through the study of the contribution which agricultural credit to total value of agricultural out-put, we provide the empirical evidence for devel-op the rural financial vigorously so as to promote agrieulturaleconomic development.
