基于准噶尔—东胜铁路狮子岭隧道基底隆起、衬砌开裂等病害,结合现场勘测数据分析了病害成因,建立有限元荷载-结构模型对基底结构安全性进行了检算分析。结果表明:基底混凝土板安全系数不满足设计要求,中心最大拉应力超过抗拉强度极限值,结构已经破坏。结合隧道现场实际情况,对基底隆起且已发生结构性破坏区段采用仰拱拆换方案,对尚未发生结构性破坏区段采取“锚注一体化”并施加预应力的加固方案,对裂缝扩展区段采用密封和钢板加固的综合整治方案。整治效果良好。
Based on such defects as basement uplift and lining cracks of Shiziling tunnel in Dzungaria-Dongsheng railway,the causes of defects were analyzed by combing with the field survey data and the finite element load-structure model was established to check and analyze the safety of the basement structure.Results show that the safety coefficient of the basement concrete slab does not meet the design requirements and the maximum tensile stress of the center exceeds the limit of its tensile strength,which leads to damage of the structure.According to the actual situation of tunnel,the inverted arch replacement scheme was adopted for structural damage zone w ith basement uplift,the'anchor grouting integration'and prestressing reinforcement scheme was applied in no structural damage zone,and the comprehensive treatment scheme of seal and steel plate reinforcement was used in crack propagation zone,which have good treatment effect.
